A media production company is seeking a Sales Representative based in Doha with 5+ years’ experience to generate new inbound sales leads and follow up on existing leads.

The Sales Representative must have solid business network in Qatar, sales experience and proven track record of closing deals and generating sales.

Basic salary with a commission percentage

The Role:

  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails;
  • To identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into sales;
  • To gain a good knowledge of the company’s services and promote them to clients;
  • To assist with the development of marketing strategies;
  • To liaise with other departments for a smooth running of the sales cycle;
  • To keep up with the latest standards and produce business reports;
  • To achieve set targets;
  • To assist in the creation of new marketing material;
  • To listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale;
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  • Gathering market and customer information;
  • To represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • To review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;



  • Fluency in Arabic and English (Written & Spoken) is essential;
  • 5+ years of successful sales or equivalent experience;
  • Solid business network in Qatar;
  • Proven track record of Closing deals and generating sales;
  • Strong experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management with an emphasis on media production;
  • Awareness of Qatar market trends and the media production industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales funnel;
  • Proven track record of closing sales;
  • Strong prospecting and cold calling skills;
  • Proven track record in sales;
  • Target-driven and strategic attitude;
  • The ability and desire to sell;
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
  • A positive, confident and determined approach;
